Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for both internal and external training and development activities within the company.
2. Distribute the annual Training Needs Survey to each department in order to collect and compile training requirements for the yearly training plan.
3. Conduct onboarding orientation for new employees, coordinate with trainers, prepare training venues within the company, and develop training materials to ensure they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and accurate.
4. Research and liaise with institutions or qualified trainers to conduct training sessions that align with the annual training plan and the specific needs of individual departments.
5. Prepare and maintain training documentation and records, as well as coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and the company’s internal quality systems.
6. Prepare all necessary training documents for submission to the Department of Skill Development.
7. Organize training sessions, including providing assistance and support to trainers and trainees—such as preparing training materials, attendance lists, venues, refreshments, lunch, and other necessary facilities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
8. Prepare reimbursement documents and clear training-related expenses within the required timeframe in coordination with the Accounting and Finance Department.
9. Coordinate training arrangements with both internal and external parties as required.
10. Organize company events such as birthday celebrations, blood donation drives, and other internal training programs.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
1. Female, aged between 22 – 35 years.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Personnel Administration, or other related fields.
3. 0 – 1 year or more of experience in HR or training administration is preferred.
4. Highly responsible, able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines, and attentive to detail in documentation.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and service-minded skills, with the ability to plan effectively and solve problems promptly.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
7. Able to work under pressure, proactive in assigned tasks, and possesses good interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude.
8. Able to commute to work conveniently.
